Personal data is any data that can be related to you personally, e.g., name, address, email addresses, user behavior. Our aim is to inform you about our processing operations and at the same time to comply with our legal obligations, in particular those arising from the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The controller pursuant to Art. 4 (7) GDPR is

Friendventure GmbH
Oskar-Jäger-Straße 173/K6
50825 Cologne
Phone: +49 (0) 221 / 95 49 18 0

(see our legal notice)

You can contact our data protection officer at privatepolicy@friendventure.de or at our postal address with the addition “the data protection officer.”

When you contact us by email or via a contact form, we will store the data you provide (your email address, your name, your budget details and, if applicable, your telephone number and any other files you send) in order to answer your questions. We delete the data collected in this context if the inquiry is assigned to a contract after the contract term has expired, otherwise after storage is no longer necessary, or we restrict processing if there are legal retention obligations. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b) GDPR.

2. Processing of personal data when visiting our website

When you use the website for informational purposes, i.e., simply viewing it without registering or otherwise providing us with information, we process the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. The data described below is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security, and must therefore be processed by us. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR:

– IP address
– Date and time of the request
– Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
– Content of the request (page visited)
– Access status/HTTP status code
– Amount of data transferred in each case
– Previously visited page
– Browser
– Operating system
– Language and version of the browser software.

3. Data processing for contract execution

If you are or become a customer of ours, we process your contact, contract, payment, and communication data for the purpose of providing and billing the contractual services, which you can find in our General Terms and Conditions. For the aforementioned purpose, your data may be passed on to service providers who support us (service providers, operators of communication applications, etc.), whom we have of course carefully selected and who are bound by our instructions. The legal basis is the existing contractual relationship (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

4. Data processing when contacting us

When you contact us by email, telephone, or via a contact form, we process the data you provide (e.g., email address, name, telephone number, or content of the inquiry) in order to answer your questions and/or process your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (a) and (b) GDPR, namely your consent or a pre-contractual measure.

5. Additional functions and offers on our website

In addition to the purely informational use of our website, we offer various services that you can use if you are interested, and we use other standard functions for analyzing or marketing our offers, which are described in more detail below. To do this, you must generally provide additional personal data, or we process such additional data that we use to perform the respective services. The aforementioned principles of data processing apply to all data processing purposes described here.

In some cases, we use external service providers to process your data. These are carefully selected by us, are bound by our instructions, and are regularly monitored.

Furthermore, we may pass on your personal data to third parties if we offer promotions, competitions, contract conclusions, or similar services together with partners. Depending on the service, your data may also be collected by the partners on their own responsibility. You will receive more detailed information when you enter your data or in the description of the respective offers below.

If our service providers or partners are based in a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we will inform you of the consequences of this in the description of the offer.

6. Objection or revocation of the processing of your data

If you have given your consent to the processing of your data, you can revoke this at any time. Such revocation affects the permissibility of the processing of your personal data after you have notified us of your revocation. The permissibility of the processing of your data up to the time of your revocation remains unaffected.

Insofar as we base the processing of your personal data on the balancing of interests, you can object to the processing. This is the case if the processing is not necessary to fulfill a contract with you, which is described by us in the following description of the functions. When exercising such an objection, we ask you to explain the reasons why we should not process your personal data as we have done. In the event of your objection, we will review the situation and either discontinue or adjust the data processing or point out our compelling legitimate reasons for continuing the processing.

Of course, you can object to the processing of your personal data for advertising and data analysis purposes at any time. The best way to exercise your right to object to advertising is to contact us using the contact details provided above.

7. Processing of data from your end devices (“Cookie Policy”)

In addition to the above-mentioned data, we use technical tools for various functions when you use our website, in particular cookies that can be stored on your end device. When you visit our website and at any time thereafter, you have the choice of whether to generally allow cookies to be set or which individual additional functions you would like to select. You can make changes in your browser settings or via our consent manager. Below, we first describe cookies from a technical perspective (2) before going into more detail about your individual options by describing technically necessary cookies (3) and cookies that you can voluntarily select or deselect (4).

Cookies are text files or information in a database that are stored on your hard drive and assigned to the browser you are using, so that certain information can be sent to the entity that sets the cookie. Cookies cannot execute programs or transfer viruses to your computer, but primarily serve to make the Internet offering faster and more user-friendly. This website uses the following types of cookies, the functionality and legal basis of which we will explain below:

– Transient cookies: These, in particular session cookies, are automatically deleted when you close your browser or log out. They contain a so-called session ID. This allows various requests from your browser to be assigned to the shared session and your computer to be recognized when you return to our website.

– Persistent cookies: These are automatically deleted after a specified period, which varies depending on the cookie. You can view the cookies set and their lifespans at any time in your browser settings and delete the cookies manually.

Mandatory functions technically necessary for displaying the website: The technical structure of the website requires us to use technologies, in particular cookies. Without these technologies, our website cannot be displayed (completely correctly) or the support functions may not be available. These are generally transient cookies that are deleted at the end of your website visit, at the latest when you close your browser. You cannot deselect these cookies if you want to use our website. The individual cookies can be viewed in the consent manager. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Optional cookies with your consent: We only set various cookies with your consent, which you can select on your first visit to our website using the cookie consent tool. The functions are only activated if you give your consent and can be used in particular to enable us to analyze and improve visits to our website, to make it easier for you to use different browsers or end devices, to recognize you when you visit, or to display advertising (including, where applicable, to tailor advertising to your interests, to measure the effectiveness of ads, or to display interest-based advertising). The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing until withdrawal.

8. Web analytics

1. Web tracking using Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web tracking service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). We use this tool to analyze your user interactions on websites and in apps and to improve our offering and make it more interesting for you as a user based on the statistics and reports obtained.

We primarily collect information about your interactions with our website using cookies, device/browser data, IP addresses, and website or app activity. Google Analytics also collects your IP addresses to ensure the security of the service and to provide us, as website operators, with information about the country, region, or location from which the respective user originates (so-called “IP location determination”). For your protection, we naturally use the anonymization function (“IP masking”), which means that Google truncates the IP addresses within the EU/EEA by the last octet.

Google acts as a processor and we have concluded a corresponding contract with Google. The information generated by the cookie and the (usually truncated) IP addresses about your use of this website are usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and processed there. In such cases, Google has, according to its own statements, imposed a standard that corresponds to the former EU-US Privacy Shield and has undertaken to comply with applicable data protection laws when transferring data internationally. We have also agreed so-called standard contractual clauses with Google, the purpose of which is to ensure an adequate level of data protection in third countries.

The legal basis for the collection and further processing of the information (which takes place for a maximum of 14 months) is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You may revoke your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing until revocation. In apps, you can reset the advertising ID in the Android or iOS settings. The easiest way to revoke your consent is to use our consent manager or install the Google browser add-on, which is available at the following link: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en/.

For more information about the scope of Google Analytics, please visit marketingplatform.google.com/about/analytics/terms/de/. Google provides information on data processing when using Google Analytics at the following link: support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en/. General information on data processing, which according to Google also applies to Google Analytics, can be found in Google’s privacy policy at www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/.

2. Use of Hotjar

This website uses functions of the web analysis service Hotjar. The provider is Hotjar Inc. with its registered office at Level 2, St. Julian’s Business Centre, 3, Elia Zammit Street, St. Julian’s STJ 1000, Malta.

We use Hotjar to analyze and regularly improve the use of our website. We can use the statistics obtained to improve our offering and make it more interesting for you as a user. On behalf of the operator of this website, Hotjar will use this information to evaluate the use of the website, compile reports on website activity, and provide other services related to website and internet usage. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Hotjar server and stored there.

We use Hotjar’s anonymization feature on this website. This shortens your IP address and ensures that the analysis data is not personally identifiable. We do not merge the data with other personal data.

We only use the tool if you give your consent, which you can do via the consent manager. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can also opt out of the analysis function by simply activating the standard “Do Not Track” function in your browser. In this case, we will not process your personal data in the manner described here. An explanation of how to activate the “Do Not Track” function can be found at this link: www.hotjar.com/legal/compliance/opt-out/.

3. HubSpot

Your contact information and other information you provide to us is stored and processed for us on servers belonging to our partner HubSpot. We reserve the right to use this information to contact visitors to our website by email or telephone and to determine which of our company’s services are of interest to you.

HubSpot is a software company based in the USA with a branch in Ireland. Contact: HubSpot, One Dockland Central, Dublin 1, Ireland, telephone: +353 1 5187500.

If you use our download service or contact form, we collect the data you provide to us via HubSpot. Only the personal data that you provide during registration and interaction is collected, processed, and used. This data includes, in particular, your contact information such as your name, email address, company name, address, and phone number. Personal data also includes other information about you that is publicly available on the internet and aggregated by HubSpot. In addition, we also collect navigation information via HubSpot in order to analyze and subsequently improve the use of our service. This is data about your computer and your visit to our website, in particular your IP address, your location, the browser you use, the length of your visit, and the pages you open.

4. Leadinfo

We use the lead generation service provided by Leadinfo B.V., Rotterdam, Netherlands. This service recognizes visits by companies to our website based on IP addresses and shows us publicly available information, such as company names or addresses. For more information, visit www.leadinfo.com. On this page: www.leadinfo.com/en/opt-out, you have the option to opt out. If you opt out, your data will no longer be collected by Leadinfo.

9. Plugins/tools

1. Integration of Google Maps

We use Google Maps on this website. This allows us to display interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to conveniently use the map function. The legal basis for the use of the maps is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, i.e., integration only takes place with your consent.

When you visit the website, Google receives information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the above-mentioned basic data such as IP address and timestamp are transmitted. This occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account that you are logged in to or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be directly associated with your account. If you do not want your data to be associated with your Google profile, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses it for the purposes of advertising, market research, and/or the design of its website in line with requirements. Such evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact Google to exercise this right.

The information collected is stored on Google servers, including in the USA. In such cases, the provider has, according to its own statements, imposed a standard on itself that corresponds to the former EU-US Privacy Shield and has undertaken to comply with applicable data protection laws when transferring data internationally. We have also agreed so-called standard data protection clauses with Google, the purpose of which is to ensure an adequate level of data protection in third countries.

Further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by the plug-in provider can be found in the provider’s privacy policy. There you will also find further information on your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy: www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy.

2. WhatsApp

We use the instant messaging service WhatsApp, among other things, to communicate with our customers and other third parties. The provider is WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.

Communication takes place via end-to-end encryption (peer-to-peer), which prevents WhatsApp or other third parties from accessing the communication content. However, WhatsApp does have access to metadata generated during the communication process (e.g., sender, recipient, and time). We would also like to point out that, according to its own statement, WhatsApp shares the personal data of its users with its parent company Facebook, which is based in the USA. Further details on data processing can be found in WhatsApp’s privacy policy at: https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/#privacy-policy.

The use of WhatsApp is based on our legitimate interest in communicating with customers, interested parties, and other business and contractual partners as quickly and effectively as possible (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). If consent has been requested, data processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of this consent; this consent can be revoked at any time with future effect.

The communication content exchanged between and on WhatsApp remains with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to its storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions—in particular retention periods—remain unaffected.

Data transfer to the USA is based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission. Details can be found here: https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/business-data-transfer-addendum.

We have set up our WhatsApp accounts so that there is no automatic data synchronization with the address book on the smartphones in use.

3. Vimeo

Our website uses plugins from the video portal Vimeo. The provider is Vimeo Inc., 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA.

When you visit one of our pages equipped with a Vimeo plugin, a connection to the Vimeo servers is established. The Vimeo server is informed which of our pages you have visited. Vimeo also obtains your IP address. This also applies if you are not logged in to Vimeo or do not have a Vimeo account.

If you are logged in to your Vimeo account, you enable Vimeo to assign your surfing behavior directly to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your Vimeo account.

The use of Vimeo is in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offerings. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.

The information collected is stored on Vimeo servers, including in the USA. In such cases, the provider has, according to its own statements, imposed a standard on itself that corresponds to the former EU-US Privacy Shield and has undertaken to comply with applicable data protection laws when transferring data internationally. We have also agreed so-called standard data protection clauses with Vimeo, the purpose of which is to ensure an adequate level of data protection in the third country.

Further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by the plug-in provider can be found in the provider’s privacy policy. There you will also find further information on your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy: https://vimeo.com/privacy.

We use the technical platform and services of the providers for these information services. We would like to point out that you use our social media platforms and their functions at your own risk. This applies in particular to the use of interactive functions (e.g. commenting, sharing, rating). When you visit our pages, the providers of the social media platforms collect, among other things, your IP address and other information stored on your device in the form of cookies. This information is used to provide us, as the operators of the accounts, with statistical information about the interaction with us.

The data collected about you in this context is processed by the platforms and may be transferred to countries outside the European Union, in particular the USA. According to their own statements, all of the aforementioned providers maintain an adequate level of data protection that corresponds to that of the former EU-US Privacy Shield, and we have concluded standard data protection clauses with the companies (with the exception of Xing, as this provider is based within the EU). We do not know how social media platforms use the data from your visit to our account and interaction with our posts for their own purposes, how long this data is stored, and whether data is passed on to third parties. Data processing may differ depending on whether you are registered and logged in to the social network or visit the site as an unregistered and/or unlogged-in user. When you access a post or the account, the IP address assigned to your device is transmitted to the social media platform provider. If you are currently logged in as a user, a cookie on your device can be used to track how you have moved around the network. Buttons embedded in websites enable the platforms to record your visits to these websites and assign them to your respective profile. This data can be used to tailor content or advertising to you. If you want to avoid this, you should log out or deactivate the “stay logged in” function, delete the cookies on your device, and restart your browser.

As the provider of the information service, we only process the data from your use of our service that you provide to us and that requires interaction. For example, if you ask a question that we can only answer by email, we will store your information in accordance with the general principles of our data processing, which we describe in this privacy policy. The legal basis for the processing of your data on the social media platform is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

To exercise your rights as a data subject, you can contact either us or the provider of the social media platform. If one party is not responsible for responding or needs to obtain the information from the other party, we or the provider will forward your request to the respective partner. If you have any questions about profile creation or the processing of your data when using the website, please contact the operator of the social media platform directly. If you have any questions about the processing of your interaction with us on our site, please write to us using the contact details provided above.

The providers describe what information the social media platform receives and how it is used in their privacy policies (see link in the table above). There you will also find information about contact options and settings for advertisements. Further information on social networks and how you can protect your data can also be found at www.youngdata.de.

10. Online advertising

1. Use of Google Ads

We use Google Ads to draw attention to our offers with the help of advertisements. If you access our website via a Google ad, Google Ads will store a cookie on your device. The legal basis for the processing of your data is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, i.e. integration only takes place with your consent.

The advertising material is delivered by Google via so-called “ad servers.” To do this, we and other websites use so-called ad server cookies, which can be used to measure certain parameters for measuring success, such as the display of ads or clicks by users. The Google Ads cookies stored on our website enable us to obtain information about the success of our advertising campaigns. These cookies are not intended to identify you personally. The unique cookie ID, number of ad impressions per placement (frequency), last impression (relevant for post-view conversions), and opt-out information (indicating that a user no longer wishes to be targeted) are usually stored as analysis values for this cookie.

The cookies set by Google enable Google to recognize your internet browser. If a user visits certain pages of an Ads customer’s website and the cookie stored on their computer has not yet expired, Google and the customer can recognize that the user has clicked on the ad and been redirected to that page. Each Ads customer is assigned a different cookie, so that cookies cannot be tracked across the websites of other Ads customers. By integrating Google Ads, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding part of our website or clicked on one of our ads. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, it is possible that the provider may find out and store your IP address.

Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection to Google’s server. We ourselves do not collect any personal data independently in the advertising measures mentioned, but only provide Google with the opportunity to collect the data. We only receive statistical evaluations from Google that provide information about which ads were clicked on, how often, and at what prices. We do not receive any further data from the use of the advertising material; in particular, we cannot identify users based on this information.

You can revoke your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing until revocation. The easiest way to revoke your consent is via our consent manager or via the following functions: a) by adjusting your browser software settings accordingly; in particular, suppressing third-party cookies means that you will not receive any third-party ads; b) by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain “www.googleadservices.com”, www.google.de/settings/ads, whereby this setting will be deleted when you delete your cookies; c) by deactivating interest-based ads from providers who are part of the “About Ads” self-regulation campaign via the link www.aboutads.info/choices, whereby this setting will be deleted when you delete your cookies; d) by permanently deactivating them in your Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Google Chrome browsers at the link www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin. Please note that in this case, you may not be able to use all the features of this website to their full extent.

Further information on data protection at Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street Dublin 4, Ireland, can be found here: www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy and services.google.com/sitestats/de.html.

2. LinkedIn Insight Tag

The website also uses the LinkedIn Insight Tag (or LinkedIn Pixel) from LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company (“LinkedIn”). . By integrating this JavaScript tag, we can display interest-based and relevant advertisements (“ads”) to you as a user of our website when you visit the LinkedIn social network or other websites that also use this process, and we receive statistics about website visitors and demographics. Furthermore, we can evaluate your use of our LinkedIn advertising and your interest in our offers using a conversion tracking function and also show you LinkedIn ads on other websites via retargeting. In doing so, we pursue the interest of improving the effectiveness of LinkedIn ads and making our website more interesting for you.

By integrating the LinkedIn Insight tag, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection to the LinkedIn server, both when you visit the LinkedIn website and when you visit websites that have integrated the LinkedIn Insight tag. LinkedIn and we are jointly responsible for collecting your usage data when you visit our website and transmitting it to the provider, but LinkedIn is solely responsible for the relevant processing to achieve the described objectives after the data has been transmitted. We have no influence on the scope and nature of LinkedIn’s use of the data, so we inform you according to our state of knowledge: By integrating the LinkedIn Insight tag, LinkedIn receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding page of our website or clicked on one of our ads. If you are registered with a LinkedIn service, LinkedIn can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with LinkedIn or have not logged in, it is possible that the provider may obtain your IP address, time window, and other identifying features and link them to the actions assigned to you.

You can deactivate the LinkedIn Insight tag and opt out of further advertising in the ad settings at www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/62931?trk=microsites-frontend_legal_privacy-policy&lang=en and additionally at www.linkedin.com/psettings/guest-controls/retargeting-opt-out. Further settings options and information can be found in the LinkedIn Privacy Center: privacy.linkedin.com/de-de?lr=1/.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, i.e., integration only takes place with your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time, most easily via our cookie manager. LinkedIn also processes your personal data in the USA and has imposed a standard on itself that corresponds to the former EU-US Privacy Shield. We have also agreed so-called standard data protection clauses with LinkedIn, the purpose of which is to ensure an adequate level of data protection in third countries.

Further information on data processing by LinkedIn can be obtained from the provider, LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Attn: Legal Dept. (Privacy Policy and User Agreement), Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland; information on the LinkedIn Insight Tag: business.linkedin.com/en-us/marketing-solutions/insight-tag?lr=1/; data protection information: www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy?trk=homepage-basic_footer-privacy-policy/.

3. Advertising with Facebook (pixel and conversion tracking)

The website also uses advertising measures from Facebook Inc. (“Facebook”). By integrating the so-called “Facebook pixel” on our website, we can display our advertising measures (“Facebook ads”) to users of our website and the social network Facebook and measure and evaluate their success (“conversion tracking”). This connection between Facebook and our website is technically established via the “Facebook Pixel.” The legal basis for the processing of your data is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, i.e., the integration only takes place with your consent.

Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection to the Facebook server when you visit our website. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Facebook through the use of this tool and therefore present the processes known to us to you: Through the integration of the Facebook Pixel, Facebook receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding page of our website or clicked on one of our ads. If you are registered with a Facebook service, Facebook can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Facebook or have not logged in, it is possible that the provider may obtain your IP address and other identifying features and use them to create a profile.

The information collected is stored on Facebook servers, including in the USA. In such cases, the provider has, according to its own statements, imposed a standard on itself that corresponds to the former EU-US Privacy Shield and has undertaken to comply with applicable data protection laws when transferring data internationally. We have also agreed so-called standard data protection clauses with Facebook, the purpose of which is to ensure an adequate level of data protection in third countries.

You can revoke your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing until revocation. The easiest way to revoke your consent is via our Consent Manager. In addition, (only logged-in users) can object via the provider’s function at the following link: www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads#_.

For more information on data processing by Facebook, please contact Facebook Inc., 1601 S California Ave, Palo Alto, California 94304, USA; privacy policy: www.facebook.com/about/privacy.

We also use the “Custom Audiences” remarketing function, which also uses the Facebook pixel and displays interest-based advertisements when you visit our website or other websites that also have the Facebook pixel integrated. This allows us to show you advertisements that are of interest to you in order to make our website more interesting for you and to market our offerings.

11. Your rights

You have the following rights with regard to a controller in relation to personal data concerning you:

– Right of access,
– Right to rectification or erasure,
– Right to restriction of processing,
– Right to object to processing,
– Right to data portability.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about our processing of your personal data.

12. Final provisions

We use technical and organizational security measures to protect your data, in particular against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction, or attacks by unauthorized persons. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.

We will update the privacy policy from time to time due to the technical progress of our offers. Insofar as the change to the privacy policy does not affect the use of existing data, the new privacy policy shall apply from the date of its update on our website. A change to the privacy policy that relates to the use of data already collected will only be made if it is reasonable for you. In such a case, we will notify you in good time by email, on our websites, in our application, or in another form. You have the right to object to the validity of the new privacy policy within four weeks of receiving the notification. In the event of an objection, we reserve the right to terminate the contractual relationship. If no objection is made within the specified period, the amended privacy policy shall be deemed to have been accepted by you. We will inform you of your right to object and the significance of the objection period in the notification.
